They are passionate triathletes, runners, adventure racers (basically all things sport!) and live by the motto that they practice what they preach. They are passionate about their industries and helping people to feel their best.

Strength & Conditioning

All gym training will be held in a private studio. These can either be done as a one on one session or bring a friend along to train with you. These sessions may be claimable through some private health funds, check your T&Cs for more information.
