Exercise Physiologist: BSC (Exercise Physiology)

As an Exercise Physiologist I am equipped with the knowledge and skills set to provide and deliver exercise interventions for healthy clients, whilst also being able to cater for clients who suffer from acute or chronic disease, injuries or disabilities. I am trained to deal with issues pertaining to cardiovascular, metabolic, neurological, musculoskeletal and respiratory systems and mental health, as well as strength and conditioning, endurance and performance enhancement.


My speciality areas are:
• Athletic performance (inc testing and coaching)
• Strength and Conditioning
• Women’s Health (pre and post-natal)​

Throughout my life I have always been actively involved in a number of sports which have included competing at a State and National level. I have a strong desire to promote the benefits of leading a healthy and active lifestyle and take great pleasure from being able to assist people along their health and fitness journeys. My passion area is strength and conditioning, specifically being able to assist athletes and the general population alike with being able to gain the most out of their training, whether that's performance enhancing, injury prevention or simply improving functional capacity and quality of life. I endeavour to provide specific programs to meet the expectations and needs of all individual clients, so as to maximise their enjoyment whilst helping them to achieve their own personal goals.

Toni Lander

As a Dietitian I am equipped with the knowledge and expertise to provide tailored nutrition and dietary advice to treat a wide variety of medical and health conditions. I am well versed in medical nutrition therapy and nutrition counselling skills to help you reach your unique goals. I can help in the management of many health conditions including; diabetes, high cholesterol, weight and food related concerns, IBS and other gastrointestinal concerns (ie. diverticulitis or IBD) as well as women's health concerns including PCOS and endometriosis.


My specialty interest areas are:
• Eating Disorders and Disordered Eating
• Women’s Health (including endometriosis, PCOS, pregnancy) 
• Sports nutrition 


Since graduating I have moved back to Bunbury and have been working full time as a dietitian. I am passionate about providing evidence-based nutrition advice that is unique to you and your needs.
