’Strength and conditioning training’ refers to a form of exercise that highlights building the strength, as well as endurance of skeletal muscles. To undertake strength and conditioning training, you need to utilise resistance to muscular contraction so that you can achieve the desired results. We work with a number of National, State and Local athletes to help them reach their highest level of fitness and performance.

Strength and conditioning is very beneficial as it helps in enhancing the overall health and well-being of an individual. This type of training improves the strength and toughness of bones, tendons, muscles and ligaments. Dynamic Allied Health are affiliated with the South West Academy of Sport and provide the highest quality care and expertise when developing your training plan.
