Submax testing will calculate your functional threshold power, maximum minute power and maximum heart rate. This information can be used to personalise training zones and is a great measure of baseline fitness.


The peak performance test measures your highest peak power and cadence which is relevant to sprint-based events and training such as cycling or sports that rely on explosive power such as football or rugby.
